Course Program

  • Bake it!

    It all begins with the right recipe and Ingredients. I’ll walk you through each step of the cake making process from start to finish.

  • Fill it!

    We’ll go over how to create a delicious french vanilla custard that will pair beautifully with the rich chocolate cake flavours.

  • Build it!

    Cake construction is the most important part of cake decorating. It doesn’t matter how beautful your cake is, if it completely falls apart. I’ll show you how to level your layers, layer like a pro and coat your cake with ease.

  • Design It!

    Using my ribboning technique, I’ll show you how to create a mesmerizing pattern. You’ll be able to use this technique in so many different ways and create multiple patterns once you’ve mastered it.

  • Pipe it!

    Learn to pipe 5 different flowers, 2 different leaves, foliage and buds. We’ll go over how to properly fill your piping bags to create multi-toned petals, how best to work with buttercream flowers and how to add depth to create realism.

  • Assemble it!

    Now the fun part, bringing your creation to life. We’ll go over how to assemble to cake to create a work or edible art. I’ll also go over how to best store and cut your cake.
